Uniform Hub – Terms & Conditions

  • Uniform Hub supplies school uniforms based on general sizing and standard product descriptions.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent or buyer to know and correctly identify their child’s school uniform requirements before purchasing.

  • Uniform Hub does not determine or verify individual school uniform policies, colours, or styles.

  • We accept returns only for items that are not worn, not washed, and in their original packaging.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom-made, branded, embroidered, or bespoke items.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items purchased incorrectly due to the buyer selecting the wrong school, colour, or style.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the correct uniform items required by their child’s school.

  • Uniform Hub is not liable for purchases made in error where school requirements were misunderstood or misidentified.

  • Size guides are provided as a reference only; slight variations may occur between garments.

  • Uniform Hub is not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the buyer.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of return.

  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds do not include delivery or handling fees, where applicable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Sale items, clearance items, and discounted products may be non-refundable, unless faulty.

  • Uniform Hub reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the return conditions.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Stock availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

  • Uniform Hub is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or third-party couriers.

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Uniform Hub is not liable for losses resulting from late delivery beyond our reasonable control.

  • Colours displayed online or in samples may vary slightly from actual garments due to lighting or fabric batches.

  • Uniform Hub is not responsible for normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Care instructions provided should be followed to maintain garment quality and longevity.

  • Uniform Hub is not liable for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or ironing.

  • Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once payment has been completed and goods collected or dispatched.

  • Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Uniform Hub reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective items at its discretion.

  • All bespoke, bulk, or school-specific orders require written approval before production.

  • Deposits paid on special orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

  • Uniform Hub reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • By purchasing from Uniform Hub, the buyer agrees to all stated terms and conditions.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
